Calp to restrict access on Calle La Niña from 5 to 8 October for road repairs

Two sections of the street will be closed

Calp Local Police has announced that, due to road surface repair works, access will be restricted on Calle La Niña at two separate points. The first is located on the stretch between Calle Alemania and Avenida Europa; the second, between Avenida Ejércitos Españoles and Calle Pintor Sorolla.

The closures will begin on Monday 5 October and continue until Thursday 8 October, according to the scheduled dates for the work.

Alternative route and recommendations

For those needing to reach Calle Pintor Sorolla, an alternative route is available starting from Avenida Europa, using the roundabout in the opposite direction to normal traffic flow.

Calp Local Police advise drivers to plan their journeys with extra time and follow the diversion signs in place at all times whilst the works are ongoing.

Return to normal

The works are expected to be completed by Thursday 8 October, so traffic on the street should return to normal operation from Friday 9 October. However, this is a forecast that could change depending on the progress of the work.
