Casa Punta Negra, located on the waterfront at Les Rotes in Dénia, is being marketed for €10.5 million through Berkshire Hathaway Homeservices, an estate agency linked to Warren Buffett.

Casa Punta Negra sits next to the geographical feature that gives it its name, in the Les Rotes area of Dénia. The property has 639 square metres of built space on a plot of 2,400 square metres, and includes a lagoon-style swimming pool, spa and a Mediterranean-desert style garden.

The mansion has four en-suite bedrooms, two guest bathrooms and a garage with capacity for two vehicles.
A public street with a private appearance
Access to the property is via Taure Street, which is publicly owned although its signage and lack of parking spaces give it a private appearance. On the exterior fence of the property is installed a plaque from the poetic route dedicated to Maria Ibars, partially obscured by vegetation.
Scarcity of waterfront properties, according to the estate agency
Berkshire Hathaway Homeservices, which has had an office in Dénia since 2022, notes that "waterfront positions are increasingly scarce". The transaction was made public the same day that media outlets such as ABC reported on the sale and when the Government's coalition partners agreed on a housing decree.
