Xàbia's Centre Excursionista celebrates 50 years with a new documentary

The Centre Excursionista de Xàbia (CEX) is celebrating fifty years of history with the premiere of an audiovisual piece that chronicles its journey since the organisation was founded. The event will take place on Friday 23 October at 20:00 at the Casa de Cultura in Xàbia.

The film documents five decades of outings, experiences and connections with the comarca's mountainous surroundings, giving voice to the people and places that have been part of the club over the years.

The organisation has extended an invitation to both former members of the CEX and any resident interested in learning about its history, encouraging them to attend the screening.

In the announcement, the club shared a festive message with the community: "Come and celebrate with us 50 years of adventures!"
